What is this method all about?

If you are a busy person - this method is for you

If you thrive for a lean and defined look - this method is for you 

The bee method is a creative and dynamic approach to a 1 hour full body workout 


So how do I break down the hour?

5-10 minutes warm up 

20-25 min full body strength 

10 min cardio

10-15 min toning and sculpture 

5 min cooldown and stretching 


You don’t have time to do a full hour? No worries, skip forward to the part that you feel like doing

Don’t have the equipment needed? Modify and do without 

BTW, the equipment list and links is attached to each workout, equipment is super affordable 


Music is a big part of my classes, I choose every song played carefully, only if it gives me the chills, it’s going in the playlist 


The girls that you’ll see in the studio come on a daily basis, because my workouts keeps them energized throughout the day and give them daily results
